
What is dropshipping?
It is a method of shipping and delivering orders in which your store does not need to have the products in inventory. Garpe Group -Garpe Interiores Ethan Chloe- is responsible for, when you sell certain products to your customers, shipping directly to the end customer, using the address you indicate in the corresponding field and applying the necessary costs. This service is subject to additional conditions established by Garpe Group -Garpe Interiores Ethan Chloe-.
Terms of service, exclusive for mainland Spain:
- Minimum order with a subtotal of 200€*.
- Only products with available stock are shipped.
- Reference will always be made to the shipping cost, not to the order amount, since only the merchandise available in stock will be taken into account when calculating shipping costs.
- Orders will be delivered to the final recipient’s door, provided that there are no obstacles such as elevators or narrow stairs that prevent delivery. The customer is responsible for verifying that access to the delivery location is possible. If a return is made for this reason, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
- All bulky items over 2 meters may incur additional shipping charges.
Dropshipping conditions:
- Minimum shipping: 200€* per shipping subtotal.
- Shipping from 200€ to 500€*: 35€ per shipping subtotal.
- Shipments over 500€*: 55€ per shipping subtotal.
If the order is collected directly at our warehouse:
- Minimum order: 200€* per shipping subtotal.
- Order from 200€ to 500€*: 15€ per shipping subtotal for special handling.
- Orders over 500€*: 20€ per shipping subtotal for special handling.

Todos los pedidos de Dropshipping exigen embalaje extra de manipulación, protección y embalaje para poder llegar en perfecto estado al cliente final teniendo en cuenta todas las manipulaciones que puedan realizar las agencias de transporte.
Issues:
In the event of any incident with the order, our client must follow the return policy established by Garpe Group -Garpe Interiores Ethan Chloe-:
- In order to process the refund successfully, any incident must be noted on the delivery receipt.
- Incidents must be sent by our clients to the following email: incidencias@garpeinteriores.com within 5 business days from the delivery date, this being the maximum period.
- No collection will be made of merchandise delivered via dropshipping that is in good condition.
The use of this service implies the acceptance of the special conditions that the dropshipping service entails.
